Coaching Managers to Coach
A workshop for Managers to:
- Understand the principles of Coaching in a business and organisational context
- Encourage discussion about why using a Coaching style can improve team and individual performance
- Allow Managers to experience "doing coaching" "observing coaching" and "being coached" in a collaborative, fun, environment
- Promote thinking about various styles of management
- Enable managers to adopt a coaching approach straight away, and encourage them to understand more about their people
- Provide a Business Coaching book for future reference.

The standard fee* is £235 per person. Each delegate receives a classic book about Coaching, as well as a great lunch and light refreshments. To book, please email your preferred date/s and location/s, with the name/s of the attendee/s, to davidm@dmcoach.org.

These workshops may run at your offices (offsites can be arranged if preferred) for between six and ten people. Duration: Four to five hours, including a lunch break (highly recommended). Fee (includes three books): £864*.
A flip chart pad and an LCD projector are recommended, or can be provided to hire. All fees are subject to travel charges (39p per mile), or public transport fares (charged at cost). Offsite facilities are charged on at cost plus 10%. VAT is charged at the standard rate.
