Developing Directors' Coaching Skills

A workshop for Directors and Senior Executives to:

• Explain the principles of Coaching in a business and organisational context
• Encourage discussion about why using a Coaching style can improve team and individual performance
• Allow Directors to experience coaching in a collaborative and relaxed environment
• Promote thinking about various styles of management
• Enable Directors and Senior Executives to adopt a coaching approach, and to understand more about their people
• Provide a selection of Business Coaching books for future reference.

These workshops are structured for between six and ten delegates, with a duration of four to five hours including a lunch break (highly recommended). The fee, including books, is £974.

A flip chart pad and an LCD projector are recommended, or can be provided to hire. Offsite facilities are charged on at cost plus 10%. VAT is charged at the standard rate. Travel, accommodation, etc. is charged at cost or 39p/mile.
