Team Coaching - Facilitated Workshops

A Team Coaching workshop evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the Team, looks to understand the organisation's and the Team's short and longer-term goals, and to consider methods to use to achieve these goals. The format is a facilitated group meeting, using a combination of individual contributions, open discussions, and brainstorming to maximise the Team's understanding.

Outcomes will include:

The Team will have developed a consensus understanding of the organisation's and the Team's short and longer-term goals
The Team will have identified how their individual goals align with the organisation's and the Team's short and longer-term targets
The Team will have a better view of each member's present strengths and weaknesses as these relate to the goals
The Team will have begun constructing a development programme, outlined with learning objectives, timescales, and agreed critical and non-critical elements. The Team will have started to set milestones, considered overcoming blocks and issues, and benchmarking their performance
The Team will be ready to support the identified development and learning objectives of each Team member, sub-group or sub-committee group/s, and possibly other key members of staff. These may include further individual and/or group coaching sessions, conventional training courses, peer support/mentoring, the use of online resources, and the provision of other resources (eg books, audio, self-teach materials).

Concise "explorer" questionnaires, whiteboard/s, flip chart/s, and A4 pads are used for data capture. A variety of coaching tools will be provided to support the participants. Further resources may be identified as useful, for provision to the attendees following the event.

The fee for the workshop is £735 (full day) or £475 (half day) plus travel etc. Further sessions may be booked (at fee rates as published) to be called off at agreed dates/times. VAT is charged at the standard rate. Travel, accommodation, etc. is charged at cost or 39p/mile.
